This prop was acquired by the production for use in 'Ride with the Devil' (1999).
This model of firearm was carried by both Pitt Mackeson and Daniel Holt. Although other actors used this model the brass frame is specific to these characters.
These RWTD black powder guns come from the collection of noted property master Scott Stephens (Dances with Wolves). The pistols are all in varying condition, this one has full cocking and firing action.
