This prop was acquired by the production for use in 'Blade Runner' (1982).
Expanded foam tile with etched brass 'cityscape' pieces.
This piece 'D7' was cut from what we believe to be the sole surviving 8x4 feet landscape table recovered from Boss Studio by Planet Hollywood in the 1990s. The Hades landscape filled a sound stage culminating in the Tyrell building in the far distance.
While the etched brass pieces used in the extreme distance of the shot are fairly common this tile represents a much rarer piece of the movie to own.
