This prop was acquired by the production for use in 'Blade Runner' (1982).
Expanded foam tile with etched brass 'cityscape' pieces.
This piece 'A1/B1' was cut from what we believe to be the sole surviving 8x4 feet landscape table recovered from Boss Studio by Planet Hollywood in the 1990s. The Hades landscape filled a sound stage culminating in the Tyrell building in the far distance.
While the etched brass pieces used in the extreme distance of the shot are fairly common this tile represents a much rarer piece of the movie to own.
